▲1986年成立的美國龐克樂團Green Day介紹｜中文被翻譯成「年輕歲月」，又稱綠日樂團、龐克教父。他們的音樂深受70年代龐克音樂時期經典樂團影響。專輯（American Idiot）《美國白痴》曾獲得第47屆葛萊美最佳搖滾專輯獎。成名曲和代表作包括《21 Guns》、《Wake Me Up When September Ends》、《Homecoming》、《American Idiot》、《Jesus Of Suburbia》、《St Jimmy》、《Holiday》、《Boulevard of Broken Dreams》等。
▲關於Green Day主唱Billie Joe Armstrong，是很多人眼裡的龐克偶像。私下的他一度是個素食主義者，但吃素卻導致他的體重急劇下降而放棄。穿過鼻環，但一度因為在彈奏時勾到吉他而摘除。高中時因為他私底下賣同學大麻菸只要兩塊錢美元，而有Two Dollar Bill的綽號。
性向是”雙性戀”，與妻子Adrienne結婚逾20年了。
據說他在五歲時錄了第一首歌曲叫做”Look For Love”一度受邀加入龐克樂團Rancid，但他拒絕了。據傳他參與過Slipknot的樂團徵選但是最後被刷掉，旁人推測這是他討厭Slipknot的原因。他身上帶有panic disorder 恐慌症的傳聞…..其實或許很多人都有，只是程度問題？也許高度的徬徨和不安的加乘就是恐慌症的原料。
他們影響了很多後來崛起樂團，像是：眨眼182、魔數41。根據美國唱片業協會（RIAA）的資料，他們全球唱片銷售量超過7500萬張。Wake Me Up When September Ends 這首歌應該很多人都在廣播裡面聽過，目前youtube點閱率約一億三千多萬。Boulevard Of Broken Dreams 也是一首DJ狂推的歌曲。這首歌youtube的點擊率已經約兩億四千多次。所以小編這篇文章會介紹一些非主打的歌曲….
