FIKA FIKA CAFE 》 松江南京捷運站咖啡店 | 限量檸檬塔

Fika Fika Cafe 內湖店之前新開幕, 但由於交通因素, 我跟朋友還是選擇在松江南京捷運站的伊通街分店.
Fika Fika Cafe recently opened a branch store at Neihu District. However, due to the distance, my friends and I chose the other branch store near Songjiang Nanking MRT station.

“Fika” 不是義大利文, 而是瑞典文, 英文翻譯是 “Coffee Break” , 提供一個免費Wifi和不限時的寬敞空間 (插座則是只有少數座位有), 讓Freelancer跟附近上班族可以不用擔心兩小時的限制, 品嚐咖啡的同時, 也可專注手頭上的工作, 即使有新客人, 店家也不會趕走已經付錢內用的客人.
“Fika” is not originated from Italy. It is actually Swedish, which means “Coffee Break”. Fika Fika Cafe offers large working space with free wifi with unlimited time. The customer can focus on tasting the coffee and working as well.

檸檬塔

English Name: Lemon Tart

身為“塔控”的我, 到信義安和捷運站的小驢館點藍莓百香果塔, 到大安站捷運站的Tori Cafe 點白葡萄起士塔, 到Fika Fika Cafe 當然要點“Fika Fika Cafe X 雷斯理法式甜點小館 Leslie Pâtisserie & Café” 的限量檸檬塔. 鵝黃色的檸檬塔亮面上放置著象牙白的蛋白霜, 切下塔皮那一剎那, 我注意到的是滑嫩細緻的檸檬卡士達內餡, 台灣市面上販售的檸檬塔內餡大多為過乾的狀態. Leslie Pâtisserie & Café製作出檸檬風味足夠且有卡士達帶出的適量甜度, 這是目前我在台灣吃過最美味的檸檬塔, 並不是我說了算, 一位朋友住在法國一年跟另一位朋友參加過法國貴婦團也都說這款檸檬塔很不錯.
As a “Tart” fan, I ordered Blueberry Passion Fruit Tart at Little Donkey Cafe and White Grape Cheese Tart at Tori Cafe. As in Fika Fika Cafe, I of course ordered their limited quantity Lemon Tart – which is made by Leslie Pâtisserie & Café. The meringues are placed on the light yellow lemon custard filling. When I cut the tart, the custard is almost like flan with overrated smooth texture. Lemon tarts filling nowadays at Taiwan market are still too dry. The taste brings out fair amount of lemon acidity and sweetness from the custard. This is so far the most delicious lemon tart that I have tried at Taiwan.

粉紅小姐優格思慕昔

名稱會讓人誤認Smoothie 會是粉紅色, 端出來的則是粉紫色, 優格與香蕉增加了Smoothie的濃稠度, 已達到類似美國Jamba Juice 濃稠程度, 冰塊打碎的程度夠完整, 喝起來以酸甜莓果風味為主導, 香蕉風味為輔, 碎果粒有時也在口中刷存在感. 網路上有人提到價格偏高, 但是如果像我一坐可能就是三小時以上的人 , NTD $200其實是可以接受.
The name mislead customers to think that it is pink. However, the color is actually pinkish purple. The yogurt and banana enhance the texture of the smooth, which almost like Jamba Juice. The berries flavor dominated the taste but with hints of banana flavor.

冰黑糖拿鐵

English Name: Iced Brown Sugar Latte

我早上點了這杯冰拿鐵, 下午為了要跟朋友聊天點了”Pink Lady Smoothie”, 我自己是比較愛 Smoothie, 原因是“冰黑糖拿鐵”應該要點熱的, 奶泡的厚度才能跟Tori Cafe 的烤黑糖拿鐵一樣厚實.
I ordered this Iced Brown Sugar Latte in the morning, and pink lady smoothie in the afternoon. I personally like smoothie better. The main reason is that I should order hot brown sugar latte. So, the foam could be as thick as the brown sugar coffee at Tori Cafe.
