今天Sam Smith帶著自己的新歌Pray回來跟大家見面拉

這首Pray是睽違三年，Sam Smith沈寂後再出發的第二首新單曲

在第一首Too Good at Goodbyes之後，這首新歌走了一個非常不一樣的風格

雖然依舊是很溫暖具有穿透力的歌聲，但是卻用了許多不同元素來襯托音樂的氛圍

特別是在一開始用了很強烈的電子音效，來讓整首歌有一個有點詭譎的開頭

並在中間穿插和聲音效，讓音樂多了一點肅穆莊嚴，也凸現出人在沒落盡頭時，那種內心的焦慮及渴望

Sam Smith也在公布Pray之後，確定了自己專輯的發行時間跟名稱

這張專輯叫做 The Thrill of It All

Sam Smith說這張專輯是寫出他這幾年的心聲，他原本已經想放棄不再做音樂了

因為想不出好的旋律跟聲音，爆紅後的生活對他來說也不好受

但是很感謝有身旁許多朋友跟支持他的粉絲，才讓他能夠繼續創作

雖然在發行Too Good At Goodbyes時，Sam說自己沒有交往對象

但很恭喜他似乎易經找到新的對象了
