⑴彈線:用水準儀在房間內每個牆角上抄出水平點，彈出水準線，從水準線量至吊頂設計高度，用粉線沿牆彈出水準線。同時在混凝土頂板彈出主龍骨的位置。

⑵固定弔掛桿件:採用膨脹螺栓固定弔掛桿件。吊杆的一端同L30*30*3角碼焊接，另一端用攻絲套出大於100㎜的絲桿。吊杆用膨脹螺栓固定在樓板上，用衝擊電錘打孔

⑶輕鋼龍骨安裝:輕鋼龍骨應弔掛在吊杆上，輕鋼龍骨應平行房間長向安裝，同時應起拱。主龍骨的接長應採取對接，相鄰龍骨的對接接頭要相互錯開。輕鋼龍骨掛好后應基本調平。跨度大於15m以上的吊頂，應在主龍骨上，每隔15m加一道大龍骨，並垂直主龍骨焊接牢固。

⑸格柵主副骨組裝:將格柵的主副骨在下面按設計圖紙的要求預裝好。

⑹格柵安裝:將預裝好的格柵天花用吊鉤穿在主骨孔內吊起，將整柵的天花連接后，調整至水平。

（6）Grille installation: the pre packaged grille ceiling is hung by the hook in the main bone hole, after the whole grille ceiling connected, adjusted it to the level of.
