翱翔在中國藍天的法國空姐

【解說】３月８日是「三八」國際勞動婦女節，許多女性在這個特殊的日子裡沒有休息，仍堅守在各行各業的一線工作崗位，通過自己的工作為人民服務。 今天，就跟著我們的鏡頭一起走進一位在奮鬥的法國姑娘。

克里斯蒂•奧利拉（Christie Marin Oriella），來自法國巴黎，東方航空公司的空乘人員。一年半前，奧利拉來到，由此，開始了她在天空翱翔的生活。

【同期】東方航空公司空乘人員克里斯蒂•奧利拉：

我名叫奧利拉，今年27歲，我來自巴黎，我來1年6個月。

（記者：為什麼選擇來當空乘？）對於能成為東方航空公司的空乘人員，我覺得十分感興趣。對於我而言，能在生活是一段有趣而獨特的經歷。

My name is Oriella, I am 27 years old now. I come from Paris. I come to China (have been to China) for 1 year and 6 month. (Why you come to China to be a flight attendant?)

I was really curious to know the job as a flight attendant in China Eastern Airlines.

For me, it was a very interesting and unique experience to live in China.

【解說】這天，奧利拉執行從上海去巴黎國際航線的飛行任務，雖然航班是中午12:35分起飛，但她的準備工作從早上7點就開始了。

如果我中午有飛行任務的話，我們會在上午９點半分有個航前的準備會，我們一般9點坐班車出發。一般我會7點起床，因為需要有一個準備過程，如果我想自己看起來狀態更好，我需要好好的化個妝。

When I have a flight at noon, the briefing time is 9:30. We have to take a shuttle at 9 o』clock. We should wake up along 7 o』clock if you want to take your breakfast, and if you want to have a good preparation and a good make up. If you want to look really good.

【解說】奧利拉現在在公務艙工作，在１２個小時的航行過程中，她只能小小的打個盹。

今天我會在公務艙服務，我們需要照顧到每位乘客的需求，當乘客提出要求的時候，我們總要努力的找到解決的辦法。

Today, I work in the business class and we have to pay attention to the safety before passengers come aboard. And when the passengers come aboard, we have to greet passengers on board, do the service. We have to take care of the passengers』 requests. To be flexible, when passengers ask you something, we have to find the solution every time.

【解說】那麼在奧利艾拉眼中，怎樣的女性才是美麗的呢？

我認為努力工作的女性，就如同我們這裡有來自、韓國、日本、法國、德國和義大利的空乘人員，我覺得我們每一個人都很努力的對待自己的工作，我覺得對於女性而言，認真工作的女性才是真正美的女性。

I think about women who work hard, like women who work in China Eastern airlines. I mean, Chinese women, Korean, Japanese, French German, and Italian crew. So, we really deserve this job because we work really hard. I think It』s a really good experience for women to live this life。

【解說】事實上，現在已經有３００多名跟奧利拉一樣的外籍空乘人員加入了東方航空的團隊，而她們不僅是翱翔在藍天的語言大使，更是傳播友誼的空中使者。

我們要把我們東航的外籍乘務員培養成我們真正的東航人，而不是光光是做語言大使。要讓他們真正感受我們文化，要去了解我們的很多元素，我們希望他們不光愛上我們的飲食，的服裝，也要讓他們聞一聞的書香，看看的電影，甚至愛上我們人。
