很多人都對外企夢寐以求，而英文簡歷往往是叩開名企大門的關鍵一步！如果你能避免以下大多數人會犯的錯誤，那麼從眾多面試者中脫穎而出就有望了！

1. Use the pronoun "I". 使用第一人稱。

➤ Including "I" makes your writing unprofessional and lacking objectivity.

這樣的書寫會讓你顯得非常不專業、讓簡歷缺乏客觀性。

那麼應該怎麼做呢？

➤ Just write what was DONE, not who did it. It』s your resume so we know who did it!

只要寫做了什麼就行，不用說明誰做了。這是你的簡歷，顯而易見肯定是你做的。

以下作為示例：

2. Use dense blocks of text. 大段落描述。

➤ Hiring managers are busy. They want to see the key highlights to make a quick decision.

招聘經理都很忙，他們希望看到的是核心亮點，以便迅速做出決定。

➤ Therefore,it will be a great idea to use bullet points to show your core qualities, key responsibilities as well as major contributions within a company.

因此，把你的核心優點、在某個公司的主要職責和做出的貢獻以要點形式列出會很棒。

以下作為示例：

3. Use chronological order. 用順序寫法。

➤ Potential employers are most interested in what you have been doing recently, not in what you did 5 years ago.

潛在僱主感興趣的不是你5年前所做的事情，而是你最新的工作經歷。

➤ Therefore,instead of chronological order, you should use reverse chronological order. That is, start with the most recent jobs / experiences and work backwards.

因此，你應該使用倒敘寫法，也就是從最近的工作/經歷開始往回寫。
