2017年度紐約國際攝影藝術展，定於今年10月下旬在紐約市開幕。本屆獲獎作品與其他入選作品將分別在開幕周展出，以及經由聯盟認證的紐約AIPU畫廊，多途徑參與拍賣收藏推介活動延伸至2018年度。

2017年度紐約國際攝影藝術展由美國國際攝影師聯盟（AmericanInternational Photographer Union，簡稱AIPU）主辦。

攝影師協會為機構策展單位之一。

今年度的紐約國際攝影藝術展，對策展人、攝影師與機構徵稿，基本沿用前幾屆紐約年展實施的辦法與規則。通過展覽、出版、推介與學術研討等活動，促進攝影創作與影像事業的發展，發現攝影人才，發掘優秀作品，不斷提升攝影作品的藝術價值與市場價值。

徵稿途徑：由本聯盟（AIPU）與紐約年展特聘的各國策展人、合作機構及聯盟藝術顧問等，分別對所組織與推薦的攝影師作品進行策展並提供稿件；由攝影師自主向本屆紐約年展直接投送本人作品。同時接受合作機構（畫廊）選送經由年展合議並認同的展件。

作品分類：本屆年展徵集藝術、紀錄、商業三大類攝影作品。每位攝影師可選投其中類別，同一件作品不得重複投送不同類別。每位攝影師投送總數不得超過兩件，每幅/組作品為一件。每組作品限十幅以內。

獎項設置：本屆年展作品經評委會評選產生聯盟主席獎5名、年展金獎10名、年展佳作獎15名。由聯盟為獲獎者頒發獲獎證書，在年展中兩次獲獎者享有吸收成為聯盟會員的資格。對作品入選而未獲獎者頒發參展證書。給每位參展攝影師均附寄本屆年展作品集。對入選作品均視情作各類藝術市場運作推介，對獲收藏與銷售意向的作品與作者另行簽約。

投稿事宜：作品拍攝設備不限，題材、體裁和風格不限，彩色、黑白不限。對參評作品將考慮所提供的電子文件的後期製作效果。手機攝影作品應具有保證其輸出的基本質素。所投作品應為JPG格式。

附註：JPG格式圖片不得小於5M。

投稿郵件標題標註「攝影師姓名+2017紐約攝影展」。郵件正文須註明投稿類別、明確提供與每幅（組）作品相對應的標題、拍攝時間與地點，可附簡要闡述文字。並附攝影師聯繫電話、郵箱、通信地址。將不同投稿類別的作品分開文件夾並壓縮打包發送，投稿截止時間為10月20日。

參展者均需交付人民幣1500元基本參展費，內含作品輸出製作、展館場地、布展、出版作品集、參展證書與郵資等費用。投稿攝影師在收到作品入選通知后交納。

入選者如需以赴紐約觀展，由聯盟給予出具邀請函協助簽證。

投稿者應使用實名，保證所投作品不侵犯第三人的著作權、肖像權、名譽權、隱私權等權益。入選作品中使用的素材版權、著作權、肖像權由投稿者負責。聯盟有權在相關活動中，以複製、展覽、推廣等方式使用其作品。凡作品入選者均視為已同意本文之各項，聯盟對此具有最終解釋權。

American International Photographer Union(AIPU) 2017 New York International Photography Art Show, scheduled for openingin late October this year in New York City. The winning entries and other selected workswill be displayed at the opening week, as well as through the Unioncertified New York AIPU Gallery, multi-channel participation in the auctioncollection promotion activities extended to 2018 years.

This year's New York InternationalPhotography Art Show, call for the works from Chinese curators, photographersand institutions, basically follow the previous New York annual implementation of themethods and rules. Through exhibitions, publishing, promotion and academicseminars and other activities to promote the development of photography andimaging career, found photographic talent, to explore outstanding works, andcontinuously enhance the artistic value of the photographic works and marketvalue.

Theway of calling for artists: Organized andrecommended photographers' works are organized by the curators, cooperativesand affiliated art consultants of the Union (AIPU); Photographers can submit directlytheir works to the exhibition. At the same time accept the final worksexhibition offered by cooperation agencies (galleries) which agreed by theannual exhibition committee.

Classificationof works: This year call for following threecategories of photography works: art, records, commercial. Each photographermay choose to vote in the category, the same piece of work cannot be repeateddelivery of different categories. The total number of photographers should not votemore than two works, each work can be composed of single or group photos. Eachgroup of works should be within 10 or less.

Awards: This year exhibition will set the Union Chairman Award 5, theannual gold medal 10, annual exhibition award 15. The winners are awarded bythe Union, and the winners who get two times are eligible to become members ofthe Union. Candidates who have been selectedfor the show will be issued certificate. To each photographers selected forexhibition are granted the annual exhibition books. Selected works are to berecommended to art markets to promote and operate for the collection and sales,if need will be signed with author separately.

Contribution: works shooting equipment is not limited, subject matter, genre andstyle is not limited, color, black and white is not limited. The evaluation ofthe work will take into account the post-production of the electronic fileprovided. Mobile photography should have the basic quality of its output. Thework should be in JPG format.

Submission of works should be with thetitle of the message "photographer name + work name". Clearlyprovided with each (group) works corresponding to the title, shooting time andplace, can be accompanied by a brief description of the text. Accompanied byphotographers contact telephone, email, mailing address and zip code. Thedeadline for submission is October 20. Contribution email: [email protected]

Participants are required to pay the basicexhibiting fee, including works production, exhibition hall, works collection,exhibitors certificate and postage and other expenses. Curators andinstitutions of the works, by the curators and agencies unified remittance. Thephotographer submits the contribution directly remit the fee after receivingthe notice of the selection of the work. If you want to go to New York, an invitation letter can be issued by the Union.

Contributors should use the real name toensure that the work does not infringe the third party』s copyright, portraitrights, reputation, privacy and other rights. The whole work copyright,copyright and portrait rights of the material used in the selected works arethe responsibility of the contributor. The Unionhas the right to use contributed works in the relevant activities, such asreproduction, exhibition, promotion and so on. Where the entries are deemed tohave agreed to the terms of this article, the Unionhas the final interpretation right of this article.
