China calls for the development of a "blue economy" to optimize the traditional marine sector and speed up the development of emerging marine industries while promoting sustainability, a Chinese official said.

一名官員表示，倡導"藍色經濟"發展，在推動可持續發展的同時，優化傳統海洋產業，加快新興海洋產業發展。

➤為期5天的聯合國海洋大會(United Nations Ocean Conference)正在紐約聯合國總部舉行。大會期間，國家海洋局副局長林山青表示，國際社會應在國際、區域和國家層面(at the international, regional and national levels)實現海洋經濟發展(marine economic development)優勢互補，發展環境友好型(environmentally friendly)的產業業態。

➤藍色經濟(blue economy)是指發展依賴于海洋或與海洋相關的環境友好型產業和經濟(ocean-based or ocean-relevant environmentally friendly marine industries and economy)。藍色經濟對這樣的海洋大國至關重要，今後藍色經濟在國民經濟中所佔比重會越來越高。

➤此次聯合國海洋大會旨在確保2030年可持續發展議程(2030 Sustainable Development Goal agenda)中第14個目標——養護和可持續利用海洋和海洋資源以促進可持續發展(conserve and sustainably use the oceans, seas and marine resources for sustainable development)能夠得以落實。大會討論了海洋污染(marine pollution)、海洋生態保護(protection of the marine ecosystem)、海水酸化(ocean acidification)、可持續漁業(sustainable fishery)、海洋科研能力(marine scientific research capacity)等議題，呼籲社會各界採取措施，減少人類活動對海洋和海洋資源的威脅。

➤向大會提交了5份自願承諾(voluntary commitments)，在加強對海洋生態環境的保護(strengthen the protection of the marine ecological environment)、提高防災減災能力(improve the disaster prevention and mitigation capacities)、加強科技創新(strengthen scientific and technical innovation)、發展可持續的海洋經濟(develop a sustainable ocean economy)以及推動亞太區域海洋國際合作(enhance the international marine cooperation in Asia Pacific region)5個方面提出了發展目標。

➤近日《青年報社》社會調查中心聯合問卷網對2003人進行的一項調查顯示，59.6%的受訪者坦承對爭議性事件(controversial incident)的認知受自媒體(We Media)影響大。調查顯示，24.6%的受訪者大量閱讀網路上自媒體產出的內容(do a lot of reading generated by We Media)。情感生活類(48.5%)、心靈雞湯(Chicken Soup for the Soul)類(46.1%)和時政新聞(political news)類(38.4%)是最受受訪者喜愛的自媒體內容。

➤調查還顯示，45.8%的受訪者認為自媒體有趣的內容(interesting content of We Media)最具吸引力，43%的受訪者則認可自媒體採用的多樣的表現形式及風格(varied forms and styles of presentation employed by We Media)；20.7%的受訪者稱，他們通過自媒體發現了高質量、有思想的內容(high-quality and thoughtful content)。但也有34.7%的受訪者抱怨稱，相較提高內容質量(improve content quality)而言，自媒體更注重"追熱點"(prioritize hot topics)。與此同時，抄襲問題仍然非常猖獗(plagiarism remains rampant)。

➤家電製造商(appliance maker)海爾電器旗下公司海爾無線和共享腳踏車平台(bike-sharing platform)酷騎合作推出了這款金色兩輪車(golden colored two-wheelers)。海爾無線稱，選擇金色是因為看起來喜慶(jubilant)且極富視覺衝擊感(visually striking)。這款腳踏車自帶手機支架(cellphone mount)，騎行過程中用戶可以將手機夾在車前開啟導航功能。車輛前方搭載了一塊充電寶(lighting connector)，用戶在騎行時可為手機無線或有線充電(charge their cellphone wirelessly or through a cable)。此外，該車輛還宣稱用到了智能升降座椅(self elevating seat)、智能語音鎖(intelligent voice lock)等黑科技。

➤首批小金車已在北京、上海、深圳、杭州和西安等城市投入使用(be put to use)，騎行半小時收費1.5元(cost riders RMB1.5 for a 30-minute ride)，押金(deposit)298元。據悉，目前已有超過30家共享腳踏車初創企業(bike-sharing startups)，每家企業都給腳踏車選了獨有的配色(make their bikes distinctive in color)。在紅、橙、黃、綠、藍、白、金的海洋里，共享腳踏車在風險投資(venture investment)的支撐下野蠻生長。

China on Wednesday closed several popular paparazzi social media accounts as a part of efforts to uphold socialist core values and clean up the cyber environment.

➤根據北京市網信辦7日發布的聲明，由於傳播商業炒作(disseminate commercial speculation)、低俗內容(vulgar content)等原因，60個社交媒體賬號將被關停(social media accounts will be shut down)。上述賬號來自新浪微博、微信、騰訊及百度等7個社交媒體平台(social media platforms)，多數涉及明星緋聞(celebrity gossip)，其中包括眾所周知的"第一狗仔卓偉(China's No 1 Paparazzi Zhuo Wei)"。該賬號曾多次發布關於明星私生活、性醜聞方面的信息(information about celebrities' private lives and sex scandals)。

➤本月1日開始實施的《中華人民共和國網路安全法(cyber security law)》規定，網路運營平台對自媒體的管理有法可依：任何個人和組織不得利用網路從事侵害他人名譽、隱私、知識產權和其他合法權益等活動(any individual or organization should not infringe on others' reputation, privacy, intellectual property and other lawful rights and interests of others via the internet)，網路運營者應當加強對其用戶發布的信息的管理，發現法律、行政法規禁止發布或者傳輸的信息的，應當立即停止傳輸該信息(immediately stop the spread of information)，採取消除等處置措施，防止信息擴散，保存有關記錄，並向有關主管部門報告。

➤網信辦負責人表示，此次行動旨在採取有效措施遏制渲染演藝明星緋聞隱私(hype celebrity personal affairs)、炒作明星炫富享樂的生活方式(extravagant lifestyle)、低俗媚俗之風(forms of vulgarity)等問題，傳播積極的社會主義核心價值觀，營造健康的輿論環境(create a healthy public opinion environment)。
