家長擇校常見4大錯誤，你犯過幾條？

「 家長擇校常犯的錯，你有嗎？ 」

替孩子選對學校有多重要，有句話是這麼說的:「替孩子選學校是他人生中最重要的第一次選擇，你一定要拿出選老婆，選老公的勁頭來對待。」

選學校和選對象很多相似，比如選合適的才是最好的，而不是最好的才是合適的，不過在我看來，選學校要比選對象難多了。

原因有三：

一、對象可以是無限的，但學校是有限的。

二、對象有的挑，可以互相選，但選學校的主動權更多在學校身上（除非你孩子是超級拔尖的）

三、選對象可以慢慢來，不著急，但選學校必須在一定時間段做出抉擇。

但不管選學校時間多緊，家長在選校的時候，千萬不要有以下心態。

好高騖遠

我家孩子一定要上世外，一定要上包玉剛……

很多家長都希望孩子能上名校，就像我們小時候，爸媽都希望我們能上清華北大一樣。

有希望，有目標，這一點都沒錯。

但你真的想清楚了嗎？

你的孩子本身的條件真的夠上那些大牌學校嗎？

如果是勉強能上，你是要孩子做雞頭，還是鳳尾？

如果孩子本事實力不足以上名校，即便你跟他補課，各種強化，最後他勉強拿到offer，但進去之後就被分在差生班，不管怎麼拼，還是和別人家的孩子有差距，他學得累，你也可能不開心，至於未來可能還蒙上一層陰影。

這樣的結果是你想要的嗎？

不知道在哪裡看到的一篇報道說，一個班上最成功的人，往往是那些成績排名10~12的人，因為孩子處在這個位置，最輕鬆，最自信。

不管你選雞頭還是鳳尾，都千萬別跟孩子制定他完成不了的目標，趕鴨子上架。

盲目從眾

每個個體都有他的特殊性，有的孩子自制力強，自己給自己壓力就很大。

有的孩子，就是你抽一鞭子，他走一步的。

每個學校也有自己的管理風格。

有的就是開開心心，很輕鬆，然後可能考進名校的概率偏低。

有的就是課業重，管理嚴，考進名校的概率高。

你的目標是什麼，你孩子的個性是什麼，學校的管理風格，成長模式是什麼，這些都是你要考慮的因素，要全家人討論，孩子自己認可才能做出合適的選擇。

如果因為很多人都選這個學校，這個學校聽說還不錯（實際你孩子並不喜歡），你就去選這個，那就不對了。

選學校又不是選餐廳，大家都選的未必對你合適，如果把這個當做決策的一個因素甚至重要因素，那真得好好反思。

沒有方向

孩子要不要出國？去哪個國家？

把孩子送國際學校是為了提升孩子能力、知識為主，還是想讓他免於體制弊端荼毒？

有些事情不一定要有個明確的目標，比如我一定要去某某大學的某某專業，但最好是把大方向先定好。

普林斯頓大學

比如想去美國。有條件有時間，那就帶孩子去美國大學看一下，去體驗下當地生活和學校環境，然後把這個定下來，這樣才能指導你接下來的選擇。

謀定而後動，磨刀不誤砍柴工，方向一定要先於目標。

如果一會東一會西，一會新加坡一會紐西蘭，那隻能撿了西瓜丟了芝麻。

不管怎麼糾結，一定要糾結出一個結果，要知道這可是連環棋，一步錯，步步錯。

道聽途說

好的國際學校很難進，資源有限，招生人數有限，這是客觀事實，無法改變。

好消息是，每個國際學校的招生政策都是透明公平公開的，入學需要考試+面試，考得過，面試OK才能進。

你要進這個學校，就得老老實實去了解這個學校的招生要求，了解他們什麼時候開放探校，去預約，從負責招生的老師嘴裡了解學校相關的信息、政策。

千萬不要從什麼朋友的朋友，或者其他什麼渠道了解信息，這些信息繞過幾道彎后，很有可能不準確，理解偏差，延遲，對你的擇校不但沒參考價值，還是誤導，讓你走彎路。

要想不走彎路，就只有自己自己去現場，帶著孩子一起，去聽老師說，面對面掌握第一手信息，去參考學校，去感受。

而如果你沒那麼多時間，

一家一家學校跑，

也不想把擇校變成一場純體力活，

集中對比哪所學校適合你家孩子，
