1. 啟動軟體以後，在主視窗的右側「方式」清單中選擇壓縮方法，可選擇依檔案大小或其百分比、依螢幕尺寸或其百分比、依位元率其百分比

 

 

2. 選擇寬 x 高

 

 

3. 「格式」清單中選擇影片輸出格式，可選擇 AVI、FLV、MKV、MP4 格式

 

 

4. 「畫質」部分可選擇 更高、更好、高與普通四種畫質

 

 

5. 全部設定好之後，使用滑鼠將將「大塊頭」的影片檔直接拖曳到主視窗左側的「拖曳框」中，即可對其進行「瘦身」處理，處理完成後，在原影片同一檔案路徑下可以得到減肥後的影片檔
