Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool (簡稱 IPDT)是一款 Intel 處理器診斷工具，其目的是驗證 Intel 微處理器的功能。該診斷工具檢查廠牌識別，然後驗證處理器的作業頻率，然後測試特定的處理器功能，並對處理器執行負載測試。可以將診斷設定為以目前狀態測試模式或驗證模式兩種模式之一執行。此外，還可以將其設定為用於此作業模式的啟用(執行)或停用(跳過)各個預設設定。(丹楓)(軟體下載)

The purpose of the Intel processor diagnostic tool is to verify the functionality of an Intel microprocessor. The diagnostic tool checks for brand identification then verifies the processor operating frequency then tests specific processor features and performs a stress test on the processor.
