美國聯邦航空總署（FAA）稍早解除了新版 Samsung Galaxy Note 7 的飛航使用限制。Samsung Galaxy Note 7 於全球發生多起電池自燃事件，FAA 曾發出強烈建議旅客應避免將這款手機托運，並在飛航期間保持關機並不要充電，這也引發多家航空公司跟進配合。而在三星將問題產品回收、並推出配備新版電池的 Samsung Galaxy Note 7 後，FAA 也更新了公告，指出前述飛航限制的建議並不包括擁有綠色電池標示的新版 Samsung Galaxy Note 7。而在台灣部分，包括長榮航空等業者也多半依循 FAA 的建議，因此相關的規範應該也會在近期陸續配合調整。 新版 Samsung Galaxy Note 7 FAA 相關公告原文（加粗為解禁段落） In light of recent incidents and concerns raised by Samsung about its recalled Galaxy Note 7 devices, the Federal Aviation Administration strongly advises passengers not to turn on or charge the recalled devices on board aircraft and not to stow them in any checked baggage. This does not apply to non-recalled Samsung Galaxy Note 7 devices purchased September 15th, 2016, or later.
