2017年初獲得東吳大學商學院推薦之後，就開始了漫長的等待~~~(對法國人千萬千萬要有耐性阿) 在3/22終於等到法國里爾大學 IÉSEG School of Management 的信了!! 如果你也在這個申請階段，希望這篇文章能幫助到你，或是你也可以用MAIL問我問題:)身為過來人能解答一些 如果收到從對方學校寄來的信，代表對方收到台灣這邊推薦過去的名單了 這時候就要開始申請進入IÉSEG，也就是Application for admission to the Exchange Program 信中會公布學期開始跟結束的日期(收到的時候終於鬆一口氣可以準備訂機票或是比價了) 還有暫定的相關交換時程、選課、申請資訊，以及線上申請網頁 (要特別注意網路填表截止日) *Please note that students who do not apply ONLINE will not be enrolled in our programme. *The online application platform for Fall 2017 is open and will close May 31 . *Invitation letters will be edited once the application process is finalized. 法國的學期行事曆跟台灣不太一樣，有些學校在一學期內還會分小學期(??)   Academic calendar 2017/2018 (EXCHANGE – tentative) Semester 1 (Fall) Application deadline: May 31 Arrival Date: last week of August. Preferred day: August 23, 2017 Mandatory Orientation week: August 24 to 30, 2017 (強烈建議在建議的Arrival Date前抵達) Beginning and end of semester (including examination period): September 4 to December 21, 2017 信件中也會附上相關重要的網站跟資訊(都已置入超連結可以直接點) IESEG Lille – Paris Exchange Programme Information 2016/2017 IESEG Passport: guide for international students (這份包含開課列表、行事曆 etc.) Academic Calendar 2016/2017 Courses available for incoming exchange students 2016/2017 Learning Agreement (course choice)   First, fill some information online (Parts 1, 2 and 3). 知道這些基本訊息之後，趕快到IÉSEG填寫線上資料，網址: https://application.ieseg.fr/INInfo 直接拉到下面開始START NEW APPLICATION，點進去之後就依序把資料用英文填一填吧!! 總共會有4頁，包括一些要上傳的檔案還有大頭照(我填寫的時候沒截圖，直接用下面PDF壓字解釋) (我是聽好心學長解說才知道這張上傳的照片，到時候就是你法國學生證上的照片) 而且沒有規定一定要用證件照，只要找一張你順眼、臉清楚的就好 (所以千萬不要用很醜的證件照，當你看到同學的都超美超帥你一定會後悔哈哈) 資料填寫完畢送出之後，你會在信箱收到這樣的一封信 這組APPLICATION NUMBER 帳號密碼一定要記起來!! 千萬不能用丟   Second, print the application form and complete Parts 4 and 6. 收到PDF檔後，快速檢查一下寫的資料有沒有錯誤 然後Parts 4 and 6印出來手寫或是直接用電腦編輯PDF都可以 我的方法是手寫，感覺比較有溫度一點XD 這完全看個人選擇  Third, have your application approved and signed by your Exchange Coordinator. Fourth, please gather all the documents (see below) and send them to the following address. 拿去系辦蓋章之後就可以瞜!! 東吳大學承辦的學姊人超好，整理好之後交給學姊就好!!學姊真是天使來著~~ 如果你學校是要自己寄過去，記得早點寄出喔!!     接下來又是漫長的等待拉~~ 不過很幸運的，就在5/10我收到電子版入學通知了!!! Letter of Acceptance!!! (等這封等到天荒地老阿~) Dear XXXX We are pleased to welcome you at IESEG School of Management for next Fall Semester starting in Sep. 2017. Please find enclosed your letter of acceptance. The original letter was sent to your university if you need a visa; you will need the original document to go to the French Consulate and apply for a student visa if necessary.   補充:  介紹一下法國大學有分大學區制度（académies），像巴黎所屬C區，里爾屬於B區 大學向所屬的大學區負責，而大學區向教育部負責(不過，私立大學由於獨立於政府，也因此獨立於大學區)   BTW 我看到行事曆上寫說 Christmas holidays for all students 然後日期標示Friday 22nd December 2017 evening to Monday 15th January 2018 morning 天阿好長的假期阿!!真美好~~~:))
