新店辦公室規劃案例:::馬來西亞商 春迅股份有限公司 16 十月 2018 Projects 2458 IQ-group 馬來西亞商 春迅股份有限公司 台北新店｜Taipei｜Design 經歷過數十年的榮景的台灣產業，現今正處在急需變革的年代。產業面臨的不僅是周遭鄰國的競爭、世代科技的變革......還有自身產業的轉型。 如何將原先的代工思維、硬體工廠的機械化等轉化成以『創新、服務』的軟實力重新出發，並化作未來的產業方向，成為眾多企業正面臨思考的重點課題。 企業主：馬來西亞商春迅股份有限公司賦予我們這樣的思考，上研團隊以此為圭臬，企圖改造總部辦公各個不同樓層，重新配置各樓層的實用功能，並以簡約工業風作為設計主基調，加重其軟性空間活動區域的比例，讓冰冷的產業注入現今流行的暖性文青風格，也為企業未來的二十年，擘畫具實質功能與視覺感官的合理空間。 The industries in Taiwan have gone through a glorious period for decades; however, currently, they are in a generation seeking for a revolution. The industries are faced with competitors from neighboring countries, revolution of technologies, and transformation in the industries. Revolution of the original idea behind OEM and mechanization in hardware factories has been a lesson for many enterprises.Above design concept was brought up by our client IQ group. T.A.K design team took this as the center idea of the project, trying to renovate the office area on different floors of the headquarters. We re-designed the layout of different floors, bringing out practical functions. Simplistic industrial style is the center of the design project, with increasing soft space for diverse activities. The cool, calm atmosphere in this industry is filled with modern, trendy hipster style, along with warmth. For the next decades, the office area will continue providing practical function along with visual beauty.
