幸福是一段旅程We always convince ourselves that life will be better after we get married, have a baby, then another. Then we are frustrated that the kids aren't old enough and we'll be more content when they are. After that we're frustrated that we have teenagers to deal with. We will certainly be happy when they are out of that stage.我們總是相信，等我們結了婚，生了孩子生活會更美好。等有了孩子，我們又因為他們不夠大而煩惱，想等他們大些時，我們就會開心了。可等他們進人青少年時期，我們還是同樣地苦惱，於是又相信等他們過了這一階段，幸福就會到來。We always tell ourselves that our life will be complete when our spouse gets his or her act together, when we get a nicer car, and are able to go on a nice vacation, when we retire. 我們總是告訴自己，等夫妻間任一方肯於合作，等我們擁有更好的車，等我們能去度一次美妙的假期，等我們退休后，我們的生活一定會完美的。The truth is, there's no better time than right now. 而事實的真相是，沒有任何時刻比現在更寶貴。If not now, when? Our life will always be filled with challenges. It's best to admit this to ourselves and decide to be happy anyway.倘若不是現在，又會是何時？我們的生活每時每刻都會有挑戰。最好是讓自己接受這一事實，無論如何使自己保持快樂的心境。One of my favorite quotes comes from Alfred Souza. 我很欣賞艾爾弗雷德·蘇澤的一段名言。He said, "For a long time it had seemed to me that life was about to begin-real life.
