2017年2月17日，加拿大國際貿易法庭（CITT）發布公告稱，此前根據CanimexInc.公司的申請，對原產於的碳鋼緊固件（Certain Carbon Steel Fasteners）雙反措施發起期中複審，現決定修改此前裁決，鋼製帶肩螺栓等特定產品（具體包括：shoulder bolts made of steel, grade 5, andzinc-plated, with a hexagonal head, an unthreaded cylindrical shoulder sectionranging from 1/4 inch to 3/4 inch in diameter, and a threaded section that issmaller in diameter than the shoulder ranging from 3/8 inch to 7/8 inch inlength and between 10-24 and 5/8-11 in common thread sizes）將不再適用此前的貿易救濟措施，該決定自2016年5月16日生效。本案原審調查發起於2004年4月，涉案金額約為900萬加元。2005年1月，加開始對涉案產品徵收反傾銷稅和反補貼稅。2015年1月，經日落複審，CITT決定繼續維持原貿易救濟措施。
