很多同學對於自己的雅思口語成績不滿意，但是又找不到一個好的回答範例，雅思口語考官John在他的網站上寫了大量的雅思口語範文，作為母語為英語的英國人，他的口語範文表達地非常地道，用詞也都很準確，和國內老師寫得東西完全不同。本文話題：喜歡的花Describe a flower that you like。雅思口語話題：喜歡的花Describe a flower that you like.You should say:What flower it isWhat it looks likeWhere this flower usually growsWhere you have seen this flowerAnd explain why you like it考官參考範文：Ok then, well the flower I』m gonna talk about is the rose, which I know is not a very original choice, but in my view it really is the nicest-looking flower, at least out of all the ones I know anyway!And in terms of why I think that, well, if you』ve never seen a rose before, which I seriously doubt (!), um, I think what basically sets it apart from most other flowers is that it has many layers of petals, which create a really nice effect. I can』t think of any other way to put it! And as I』m sure you know, you can get all different colours of roses, like red, pink, yellow, …, although I』d have to say that red ones are definitely my favourite, simply because I think they look the most romantic!Anyway, going on to where roses actually grow, well I』m not all that sure to be honest with you, but I suppose they can grow anywhere really, as long as they have air, sunlight and a bit of water of course, like all plants!And as for where I』ve seen them, well off the top of my head, I guess it』s really the typical kinds of places that you』d expect to see flowers, you know, like florists, weddings and places like that.
