麥芽堂精釀 》 台北松菸精釀啤酒 | My Yacht Taproom

市政府捷運站附近新開幕一家麥芽堂精釀啤酒酒吧 (My Yacht Taproom). Newly-opened “My Yacht Taproom” is located near Taipei City Hall MRT station near Songshan Culture park.

麥芽堂精釀則是位於松菸十間茶屋旁的巷內, 今年新開幕的五之神製作所拉麵也在附近, 靠近台北市政府捷運站附近的地理位置可以說是相當具有優勢, 在附近用餐完或是參觀展覽完可以小酌一杯, 之後也有捷運可代步回家.
My Yacht Taproom is near SHIJIAN Tea House and GONOKAMI Ramen Restaurant. The location is perfect since you can have a drink after dinner or visiting exhibition at Songshan Culture Park.

由於位於住宅區附近, 並沒有誇張的招牌或標示, 很容易就會錯過. 店名中的”麥芽“ 英文發音相似 “My Yacht”, 入口旁放著 “My Yacht Life Is Beertiful”, 店內隱約有英國工業風裝潢, 像一個溫馨的小酒館, 地下室也有類似藝文空間可以辦活動, 但約18個銀灰色的鮮啤管線顯得相當地霸氣.
It is easy to miss this place since the sign isn’t quite catching. Entering the bar, it has a sign stated “My Yacht Life is Beertiful”. The interior design is similar like Industrial theme. You can also host events at the basement. the counter has approx. 18 units of beer taps.

販售的啤酒跟ABV Bar & Kitchen一樣是不定期更換酒單, 因此店家將販售的啤酒名稱寫在黑板上, 除了鮮啤外, 也有女生愛的蘋果酒, 也有少許的炸物.由於大部分販售的啤酒都是台灣製, 多數台灣人反而不太熟悉, 吧台服務生會依照客人喜好而提供Sample給客人試飲, 若有選擇障礙, 可選擇酒單上的 “左右為難” ($360), 可選擇三小杯不同啤酒, 類似迷你小漢堡放在長型木盤上給客人品飲.
Similar with ABV Bar & Kitchen, “My Yacht Taproom” doesn’t have a fixed menu. Therefore, all the sold beers’ names that are written on the black board. Besides drafts, there are also cider and a few fried dishes. Th bartender would offer samples for the customers who don’t quite know what they want. If you still have no idea what to choose, you could order their special item – Beer Flight (NTD $360). So, you can have three small size of different kinds of beers placing on the trey.

店家販售兩種Size, 服務生說大杯是500cc, 小杯是300cc. , 我點了小杯. 選擇由55街釀造的啤酒只因為此款風味最接近Stout, 深褐色酒體與淺褐色泡沫形成強烈地的對比, 散發著波特經典的咖啡香氣, 享受滑順口感同時也感受到赤裸裸地烘烤麥芽風味, 幾乎快要蓋過焦糖風味, 此款會非常適合喜愛酒體較為濃郁飽滿的你.
“My Yacht Taproom” sells two sizes – the large one is approx. 500cc and the small size is 300cc. I ordered the small size Rye Porter, which is produced by 55th street, is as close as Stout. Dark brown beer body with light brown beer foam has the classic coffee aroma. It has smooth taste pairs with strong roasted malt flavor. It is strong enough to cover the caramel flavor. This beer is perfect for people who likes beer with strong flavor.
