Of course he likes video games. All guys do. So you have to know that gaming is a really important thing for him. That is how he relaxes after a hard day’s work, this is how he lets his rage out – virtually. And gaming will also keep his mind sharp and power up his imagination flowing no matter what he does.
So instead of arguing about the amount of time he spends on his computer arguing on Skype with his team mates, you should grab an account and play with him. Or against him. Or grab a console and just play together. This way, you will understand his addiction and maybe turn it into your common activity. He will at least appreciate your effort.

Run Away Together
If the weather looks bright on a Saturday morning, pack a bag, wake him up and run away together. Be spontaneous and surprise him with quick trips, just the two of you, or maybe gather around with some friends and go do and see things.
Guys really love it when their girlfriends have initiative and just decide a great activity for the both of them.

Guys don’t tend to talk much about their concerns, so you should make sure that when they do you’re there for them with your full attention. Hear him out, try to help.
Even the small talk will gather you closer, so talk as much as you can about anything. And remember not to whine about your stuff and fix it instead. Guys hate cry babies.
