Pain Free is like having your own exercise therapist in your pocket.  Most of the physical pains we experience have a root problem or cause.  Pain Free offers exercises designed to change the postural cause of many of our aches and pains.  Whether you have chronic symptoms or a more recent event causing you to compensate, the Pain Free iPhone application can be your first step in correcting the cause of many physical symptoms.

Based on the Egoscue Method program of corrective exercise and the book PAIN FREE, the application lets you get relief for yourself through the phone, connects you with an Egoscue clinic near you, and lets you send help to a friend.

HOW IT WORKS

: Tap on the "Pain" button
: Pick the area of the body that you are experiencing pain
: Tap on the exercise at the top of the list
: Perform the exercise
: Move on to the next exercise on the list until you have completed the routine

If you have a question or need assistance, you can Tap on the Clinic button and search through the clinics in the United States where you can speak to a therapist directly.
