捷運古亭站達文西咖啡 一間玩味設計的咖啡館 Davinci Coffee, a coffee store full of design.

Take the Taipei MRT to Guting station, walk up from No.8 exit and go straight, you will see a vintage tricycle in front of a store. Here is Davinci Coffee store.

The owner not only is a barista but also a bicycle player. You can feel his sense about design in his store. I think this store is like his collection show room so that you can see some fashionable coffee appliances. That’s why there are many young men are attracted to come here.

I like the interior design of this store, especially its high and transparent ceiling which allows the sunshine to light up the coffee bar. How natural and relaxing is.

Davinci coffee provides many kinds of beverage such as tea, beer, not just only coffee. Their coffee are not bad and have many choices. Single origin, blends, latte, cappuccino……, they all have. If you travel to Taipei, it’s a good place for you to stop by and take a rest.

從台北捷運古亭站8號出口上來，沿著和平西路一段往前直行，穿過了兩個十字路口，走了約莫快10分鐘，看到在騎樓停放著一台改裝得時尚復古的三輪車，就知道右側是達文西咖啡館。

這家原本是腳踏車店，在去年重新裝潢轉型，變成一家具有北歐現代設計風格的咖啡館，原本是自行車玩家的老闆，也因此多了一個身份 — 咖啡師。

推開厚重的木質大門，挑高的室內空間，讓人覺得沒有壓迫感。吧檯上為透明的天花板，當咖啡師在製作一杯咖啡時，陽光便自然地灑落下來，營造出一種與自然融為一體的咖啡生活。

挑了一個座位坐下來，服務生送上菜單，這裡除了賣義式咖啡、單品手沖咖啡、還有啤酒、茶跟甜點。而有幾樣的甜點是由知名的「深夜裡的法國甜點」所提供的。

朋友點了一杯冰拿鐵(熱拿鐵才附脆餅)，我則選擇”金獎 賓納里歐手沖咖啡”。點了才知道這兩杯咖啡的基底是一樣的，是由六種豆子、四種烘焙點所混合成的一款調豆 (簡單來講就是招牌綜合豆)，比起其他產區的手沖淺焙單品豆，這款是屬於深烘焙。

從咖啡店的室內裝潢、音樂播放設備，以及店裡所使用和販售的咖啡器具，就可以知道老闆是一個講究設計生活的人。與大部分的咖啡館使用電動磨豆機來製作手沖咖啡不同，達文西咖啡館的老闆是買了一台兩萬八的義大利”手動”磨豆機來磨手沖要用的豆子。

有客人問老闆為何要用手動磨豆機? 老闆說：「就耍帥呀！」再看看吧台還有拉霸咖啡機以及各種具質感與設計感的器具，感覺這家店就是一個男人的咖啡賞玩收藏間，難怪這家店來的客人以年輕男子居多。

這台有這三隻腳的磨豆機，我個人只覺得挺酷的，但擔心如果客人太多女咖啡師要一直手動磨咖啡，久了手也會蠻酸的吧………

我的手沖咖啡是用一個小玻璃壺盛裝，搭配一個縮口高玻璃杯及一個矮瓷杯。縮口高玻璃杯店員說是為了聞香，旁邊還附有一小桶冰塊。咖啡喝起來蠻濃的，但尾韻醇厚，頗為順口。

朋友也說他的冰拿鐵好喝，難怪這家店蠻多人推薦的。
