閩式燒餅的保存方式

↳由架上等待放涼的閩式燒餅每人限購兩盒,想多買也無法,剛出爐的燒餅若沒有放涼,在保存上容易發霉,所以一定要涼了之後才的封盒。如果吃不完可以冷藏一周,要吃的時候可以用電鍋、烤箱加熱一下,也可以用微波爐加熱,就會像剛出爐的口感喔。
