telegram取得機器人BOT
找到 BotFather
輸入/START
/newbot
取名字
設定ID
取得自己專屬連結
取得API KEY TOKEN

安裝node-v6.11.2-x64
自己建立一個資料夾nodejsbot
然後在命令行介面使用cd指令進入該資料夾
cd nodejsbot
npm指令作初始化
npm init
會自動建立一個package.json方便管理npm的library
安裝
npm install –save node-telegram-bot-api
npm install –save urlencode
建立123.js程式碼
cmd執行123.js即可
