關於Ian Carney

2012年創立電光火線劇團，擔任劇團藝術總監與主演。至今連續四年帶領團隊來到巡演。

1996年加入蒙哥馬利芭蕾舞團，曾出演《夢偶情緣》、《胡桃夾子》、《睡美人》、《天方夜譚》、《彼得魯斯卡》及《仙凡之戀》等劇目主要角色。

曾在百老匯演出達三年，在比利祖爾及崔拉‧夏普的音樂劇《夾心少年》中擔任主角及領舞員。曾任職於美國杜蘭大學教授芭蕾舞。

他帶領電光火線劇團多次在電視節目上露臉，斬獲了不少獎項。2012年，入圍第七季《美國達人秀》四強、獲全美電視票選評委會大獎；2014年獲美國科技藝術類王牌節目《FAKE OFF》總冠軍；是法國LE MEILLEUR表演藝術組委會「最佳藝術家」得主。

As the artistic director, choreographer, andcreator of Lightwire Theater, founded in 2012, Ian Carney has brought his team to China for performance tours for four consecutive year.

As New Orleans native, Ian started dancing as a child, studying ballet with HarveyHysell and Diane Carney in New Orleans and in New York City. He danced leadroles in The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty and many other ballets, as wellas being a guest dancer, teacher and choreographer in companies across the United States.

Ian has appeared on television with Lightwire Theater on Season 7, semi-finals ofAmerica』s Got Talent, TF1』s The Best: Le Meilleur Artiste in France and on the series premiere of truTV』s Fake Off.

關於講座主題

在此次講座中, 伊安·卡尼會將會講述他的創業過程和自己對於演出所使用配樂的經驗。同時,他也會為從事音樂與錄音專業的學生們給予建議。他將會從以下幾個方面進行闡述：

首先，根據他自己從芭蕾舞團男一號到兒童劇領域的「美國隊長」的經歷，講述他是如何做出創業的選擇和他作為一位芭蕾舞演員甜蜜與創意的創業史。之後,他將講述演出所使用配樂: 如何選擇音樂、如何剪輯音樂、如何呈現利用音樂來烘托演出視覺效果等，並介紹、展示冷光線道具。最後,伊安·卡尼會將會從個人經歷出發, 給即將從事音樂與錄音行業的學生們提出寶貴建議。

Ian will talk about the journey of starting his business: from a classical ballet dancer to achildren』s theater artistic director. Lightwire Theater not only provides amazing visual experience to the audience but also makes the music for each show. Ian will share with the students how he tells stories with music and give suggestions to students in music/recording major.
