美國高中「總統學者獎」，獲獎者都來自哪些中學？

最近剛剛頒布的美國「總統學者獎」，

咱們華裔學生高達32人，

包攬了接近五分之一的獲獎名額！

這個總統學者獎可是大有來頭，英文全稱U.S. Presidential Scholar Award，由美國教育部頒發，歷史也非常悠久，從1964年開始，每年都會評選。獲得總統學者獎那是相當厲害了，被有些人稱為「比上哈佛更榮耀」，被美國教育部長佩齊稱為「獲獎機率比被雷電擊中還低9倍」！

為啥說總統學者獎的「獲獎機率比被雷電擊中還低9倍」呢？就拿最新頒布的2017美國總統學者獎來說吧：

第一步，

從全美範圍篩選SAT/ACT成績最優的5100人！注意是SAT/ACT成績最優！

這是啥概念？能進這5100人裡面，已經相當流弊了！這也就是為啥我們經常在一些美國高中學校榮譽部分看到：我校今年有XX名學生入圍美國總統學者獎，因為入圍已經相當不簡單啦！

第二步，

這入圍的5100人，被由12人組成的評委會進行再次評比，篩選。考慮入圍者的社團表現、領導能力，所以就評選出了2017年各州總統獎得主共121人；另外又選出藝術類、特殊技能教育類共40人。

並且！這些獲獎者是相對均衡的分佈在全美51個州和地區里的！所以每個州只能有寥寥幾個人獲得這個獎項！你說這獲獎幾率低不低！

最近網路上介紹咱們獲獎華裔同學的內容已經很多啦，倍思校庫網就從學校的角度出發，帶大家看看2017年的獲獎者都來自哪些些美國中學吧~

下面是選取的學校都是私立中學，大部分招收國際生，不過這申請難度，也是相當高啊！

1、經常有有學生入圍總統學者獎的湖濱學校，也是比爾蓋茨的母校，2017年依然有學生獲獎。湖濱中學位於華盛頓州的西雅圖市，在全美享有盛名，屬於全美頂級的私立走讀中學。

2、佔地75英畝的歐弗克萊中學The Overlake School，同樣也是來自華盛頓州的頂級走讀中學，這次入圍總統學者獎的同學是名華裔。

3、托馬斯·傑弗遜科技高中，學校坐落在美國首都華盛頓哥倫比亞特區市郊，以培養科技創新人才聞名全美乃至全世界，學校的STEM課程是全美最好的學校之一！

4、新罕不什爾州的Phillips Exeter Academy以及The Derryfield School都是頂級寄宿中學，相信大家不陌生哈。其中Exeter多名學生獲獎。

5、田納西州的納什維爾附屬中學University School of Nashville，曾被評為全美TOP50私立走讀中學前50，獲獎的Barbara W. Xiong 來自該校。學校所在城市在2014年被評為最適合移民的城市，所以xiong同學？哈哈！

6、維勒學校Wheeler School是羅德島的一所私立走讀中學，已經有招收國際生多年的經驗了，學校在藝術特長上的培養具有傳統優勢，幾乎涉及所有中學的藝術活動領域，例如各種樂器演奏、話劇、戲劇、各種舞台表演、各種合唱團等活動。除了wheeler之外，羅德島的另一所傑出走讀中學Moses Brown School也有學生獲獎。

7、美國著名幾所藝術中學之一的Interlochen Arts Academy因特勞肯中學，有同學獲得藝術領域的獎項。

8、有特別多人喜歡的麻省，兩位獲得者，其中一名來自最牛的一所頂級走讀男校The Roxbury Latin School，這所佔地面積117英畝的校園坐落在馬賽諸塞州的西羅克斯。學校是由約翰·艾略特創建於1645年，查爾斯國王一世統治時期，這是長久以來北美歷史最悠久的一所學校。

9、加州的理工科牛校Harker School，全美聞名的頂級走讀中學，緊鄰斯坦福。另外，加州聖地亞哥的一所頂級走讀日校-La Jolla Country Day School也有學生獲獎。除此之外，Bellarmine College Preparatory也是加州的一所傑出走讀男校，有學生獲獎。

10、貝賽學校Bayside Academy，來自阿拉巴馬的一所小型私立走讀中學，佔地44英畝。
