我已經是二戰，上次就倒在口語面前。我跟考官在考場上似乎總是在各說各的。貌似他在背題，我在背答案。比較搞的是，我倆互相對視毫不起電，他還重複問我題，我只能把答案再重複一遍。後來我在陸陸的微博裡面留言。陸陸告訴我，跟考官交流，一方面要正確理解考官的意思，另一方面要讓自己的回答能夠被考官正確理解。大師啊，就是不一樣，醍醐灌頂啊。我終於知道我慘敗的原因了。

早就有學生向我打聽王陸老師的書，我也很好奇。雅思口語書已經夠多了，王陸老師自己也有相關作品，這次會有哪方面的突破呢？帶著好奇的心裡，我翻看了這本書，完全被王陸老師的經驗所折服。聽說並進的概念無疑是對雅思口語培訓的卓越貢獻。很多學生在考場上口語成績不好的一個重要因素是沒有正確理解考官的問題。而這本書恰好能在短期內，通過核心語料的方法迅速解決這個問題。我贊同語料的觀點，畢竟語言要在實際應用中體現。機械地背單詞對於雅思這種科學的國際考試來說肯定已經不實用了。訓練是非常重要的。這也是我在平時授課中的感受之一。畢竟語言不僅僅是理論，更多是實踐。語音語速部分甚至讓我回想起了當年大學部生階段老師的訓練。

我曾經是王陸老師的學生，後來參加雅思考試，成績8分，此後開始雅思教學。在這7年零6個月的時間裡，我一直以王陸老師為榜樣，認真讀她的每一本書。在我心裡，她就是當之無愧的「雅思王」。這本口語書相當完美，考題是最新的，方法是最新的，連相關的補充素材都走在潮流的前沿，令人嘆服。
雅思口語評分標準
重要程度依次遞減，也就是說，辭彙和語法很重要，再次是流利程度，最後才是發音，發音只要考官能聽懂，不會有誤導發音，就是可以的，所以大家不要很擔心自己的口音問題。
A． 辭彙（Lexical Range）：
The key indicators of fluency are speech rate and speech continuity. The key indicators of coherence are logical sequencing of sentences, clear marking of stages in a discussion, narration or argument, and the use of cohesive devices (e.g. connectors, pronouns and conjunctions) within and between sentences. Lexical Resource refers to the range of vocabulary the candidate can use and the precision with which meanings and attitudes can be expressed. The key indicators are the variety of words used, the adequacy and appropriacy of the words used and the ability to circumlocute (get round a vocabulary gap by using other words) with or without noticeable hesitation.
雅思口語考試雖然不要求使用太難的單詞，但是也要盡量避開一些過於簡單的辭彙，例如，如果考官提問：What sports do Chinese people play? 很多考生有可能會提到：basketball, volleyball 或swimming 這類單詞，這樣的答案最多也就是5分，考官很可能會想，人難道沒有別的種類的體育運動了嗎，例如，蹦極，瑜伽，健美操。如果考生能說出來bungee jumping, yoga, aerobics, 那麼考生在辭彙方面會得到6分以上。另外，用詞錯誤也是雅思口語考試的大忌，例如：如果考生說了這樣一句英語，I have a sister. 而在之後的答案中又說，There are three people in my family, my father, my mother and I. 那麼這個地方就肯定要被扣分了，因為考官會知道考生之前要表達的是cousin. 這種錯誤考生犯的比較多，也是考生在這部分得不到6分的原因。
請考生一定要提前熟悉考題，想一下自己的答案，盡量每個內容都練習3遍以上，這樣在考試中會更有自信。考官有兩個冊子，所以下面問題出現哪一個，就看大家的運氣了。
