She』s very excited because she』s already lost 5 kilos, but I』m a little skeptical. I don』t think this diet is very healthy. There are a lot of fad diets like this one. They are often extreme and are popular only for a short time. And these diets almost never work. That』s because you can』t eat blended up fruits and vegetables forever! It』s just not sustainable. It』s also not very balanced. This diet doesn』t give your body everything it needs. Sure it may have plenty of vitamins and minerals, but it doesn』t have much protein or fat.

You shouldn』t eat too much sugar and you should avoid junk food like chips. Instead of junk food, maybe you could have some fruit.
