➤4日，國家主席習近平在莫斯科克里姆林宮同俄羅斯總統普京舉行會談。習近平指出，中俄兩國是好鄰居、好朋友、好夥伴(China and Russia are good neighbors, friends and partners)。中俄全面戰略協作夥伴關係(comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination)符合兩國和兩國人民根本利益(be in the fundamental interests of the two countries and peoples)，具有強大生命力和巨大發展潛力(boast a strong vitality and huge development potential)，經得起國際風雲變幻考驗(withstand the test of international vicissitudes)。

➤會談后，普京向習近平授予俄羅斯國家最高勳章"聖安德烈勳章(the Order of St. Andrew the Apostle)"。普京表示："我非常榮幸地將俄羅斯國家最高獎章(the highest order of the Russian Federation)'聖安德烈勳章'授予我們最偉大的朋友，授予中華人民共和國國家主席習近平。"

➤據了解，"聖安德烈勳章"是俄國第一枚勳章(the first order)，也是俄羅斯的最高勳章，1698年由彼得一世設立，1917年，該勳章停用；1998年7月1日恢復使用，是俄羅斯最高榮譽的象徵。勳章主體為頭頂王冠的黑色雙頭鷹(crowned black double-headed eagle)，材質為銀質和鍍金質，表面塗有藍色琺琅。

China's Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak, dubbed "artificial sun," became the world's first tokamak device to achieve the 100-second-level, Hefei Institute of Physical Science under the Chinese Academy of Sciences said Wednesday.

中科院合肥物質科學研究院5日稱，的"全超導托卡馬克實驗裝置(東方超環)"成為世界首個運行時間達到百秒量級的托卡馬克裝置。東方超環也被稱作"人造太陽"。

➤科學家宣布，他們成功實現了托卡馬克101.2秒穩態高約束模式運行，創造了新的世界紀錄(set a new world record by achieving 101.2 seconds of steady-state H-mode operation of the tokamak)。托卡馬克是一種旨在利用核聚變能量(harness the energy of fusion)的實驗裝置(experimental device)。

➤東方超環(Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak，EAST)是世界上第一個實現穩態高約束模式運行持續時間達到百秒量級的托卡馬克核聚變實驗裝置，對國際熱核聚變實驗反應堆(International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor，ITER)計劃具有重大科學意義。

➤ITER計劃是當前世界上在建的規模最大的國際核聚變研究和工程技術超級項目(international nuclear fusion research and engineering megaproject)，也是世界上最大的磁約束等離子體物理實驗(the world's largest magnetic confinement plasma physics experiment)。ITER計劃建造、運行一個可持續燃燒的托卡馬克核聚變反應堆(a burning/self-sustaining tokamak nuclear fusion reactor)，以驗證聚變反應堆的工程技術可行性。

➤托卡馬克(tokamak)是一種利用磁約束(magnetic confinement)來實現可控的熱核聚變(controlled thermonuclear fusion)的環形容器。它的名字tokamak來源於環形(toroidal)、真空室(kamera)、磁(magnet)、線圈(kotushka)，最初是由前蘇聯物理學家伊戈爾·塔姆等人於20世紀50年代發明的(be invented by the former Soviet Union's physicists, such as Igor Tamm, in the 1950s)。

➤托卡馬克的中央是一個環形的真空室，外面纏繞著線圈。在通電的時候托卡馬克的內部會產生巨大的螺旋型磁場，將其中的等離子體加熱到很高的溫度，以達到核聚變的目的。ITER計劃是當今世界上在建的最大規模的托卡馬克項目，計劃於2020年投入使用(be put to use)。

The State Council released a guideline to speed up the development of commercial pension insurance on Tuesday.

4日，國務院發布加快發展商業養老保險的意見。

➤近日，國務院辦公廳(General Office of the State Council)印發《關於加快發展商業養老保險的若干意見》，部署推動商業養老保險(commercial pension/endowment insurance)發展工作。

➤意見稱，發展商業養老保險，對於健全多層次養老保障體系(multi-level aging security system)，促進養老服務業(elderly care service industry)多層次多樣化發展，應對人口老齡化(aging population)趨勢和就業形態新變化，進一步保障和改善民生(improve people's livelihoods)，促進社會和諧穩定等具有重要意義。

➤意見提出，到2020年，要基本建立運營安全穩健、產品形態多樣、服務領域較廣、專業能力較強、持續適度盈利、經營誠信規範的商業養老保險體系(commercial pension insurance system)。

➤意見明確從四個方面推動商業養老保險發展：一是創新商業養老保險產品和服務(commercial endowment insurance products and services)；二是促進養老服務業健康發展；三是推進商業養老保險資金安全穩健運營(ensure the sound and safe operation of commercial pension insurance funds)；四是提升管理服務水平。

➤意見鼓勵支持商業保險機構(commercial insurer)開發多樣化商業養老保險產品，積极參与個人稅收遞延型商業養老保險(individual tax-deferred commercial endowment insurance)試點，為個人和家庭提供個性化、差異化(personalized and differentiated)養老保障。

➤推動商業保險機構提供企業(職業)年金(annuity)計劃等產品和服務。鼓勵商業保險機構為養老保險制度改革提供支持和服務，依法依規有序參與基本養老保險基金和全國社會保障基金投資運營(investment and management of basic pension funds and the national social security fund)。

➤在商業養老保險資金運營方面，意見明確表示，在風險可控前提下，商業養老保險資金可參與國家重大項目(participate in the nation's important programs)、審慎開展境外投資(make overseas investments in a prudent way)。

➤AR技術可實時地計算攝像頭視角的位置及角度(calculate the position and angle of camera view in real time)，並加上相應圖像、視頻和3D模型(images, videos and 3D models)，將真實和虛擬世界無縫集成 (seamlessly integrate the physical and virtual worlds)。
