Forgiveness is the ultimate form of self-love. Forgiveness can be generated out of compassion, love and rationality. Forgiveness can be achieved for the sake of spiritual growth. What’s the purpose of your life? What’s good on holding hatred at heart? Anger can be something very destructive to our mind and health.
